To My Dearest Sec 3...

I hope you guys read this...
This is just something that i wanted you guys to know...because i don't think i'll have the opportunity to spent time and talk to you guys one on one...

For all of my NCO life, i've been stuck with you guys. I've seen potential in you guys the capability to lead a unit. You guys are a bunch of happy, hyper people who sometimes forget your responsibility and basic respect but even then i do believe you guys will lead the Unit to excellence. =)


Even though i've heard disappointment among you guys after the NCO Course, but hey cheer up it's not like its the end of the world.
Jealousy are bound to exist among squads but try to put aside ego and arrogance and enjoy the moment.
When we do something we always expect something in return, and when we don't we look down upon ourselves which of course is unhealthy. Instead we should take it as a lesson and learn from it. Reflect on them.

Nothing else is more precious than experience.
This year is a very critical year for you guys. Many things are going to happen.
But the most important thing is to remember to put aside your ego and arrogance but don't be too humble. Be united!! Be strong together!!

Later, when you guys get your postings... Try not to say the CIs are bias. Hehexx... But its going to happen anyway... Everyone stand at the same level. Everyone is a Sergeant. No one is bigger than the other okay!!!
